Privacy

What is stored

• Your record: the name you chose, age group, goal, and each entry (date, organization, activity, hours, supervisor name and the optional contact you typed). It is stored on Cloudflare in the United States.
• Your private link: only its fingerprint (SHA-256) is stored, so nobody with the database can open your record. The link itself stays in your browser and with you.
• Confirmations: the supervisor's typed name, role, organization, note, the time, and whether it was signed in the same browser as the volunteer's.
• Counts: anonymous daily totals such as page views by page and by kind of referrer. No cookies, no IDs, no IP addresses, no third-party scripts.

What is public

Nothing, until you turn on your verify page. Then it shows your chosen name, confirmed entries and who confirmed them. Supervisor contact details are never public. Turn it off at any time.

Deleting

Open your record, then Settings, then Delete record. Everything is removed at once. Anyone 13 or older can use Laurelroll; younger children volunteer with a parent who keeps the record.
